Lynn Grainger

Therapy for Adults
Dealing with Cancer

Cancer affects much more than a person's physical health. It can bring stress, fear, uncertainty, changes in relationships, and challenges at work or home. The Well is lucky to have a therapist with years of experience helping people cope with the unique emotional and practical challenges that come with cancer.  Lynn understands what oncology patients and families often go through and can provide support, coping strategies, and a safe place to process everything that's happening—whether you're newly diagnosed, in treatment, living with cancer long-term, or adjusting to life afterward.

Because Lynn is already familiar with cancers and the treatment thereof, and all of the medical and life changes and challenges that go along with it, you don't have to spend a lot of time explaining what you're going through. Instead, he can help you process difficult emotions, develop coping skills, navigate life changes, and find support while you focus on getting through treatment and living your life.
